Requirements:
Training in Office Administration or a related field
Experience in administrative roles (school environment experience will be an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Duties:
Assist with the preparation of reports, letters, and other documents
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Provide administrative support to staff and management
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage phone calls and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
